|
|
I met Sophina and her family dining at Putrajaya Lake Club. She was pestering me to send her these photos. OK now its on the world wide web. Hope to send her the links on time for her to have a look.
Sophina is my classmate from Form 1 - 3 at Sekloah Menengah Sultan Salahudin Abdul Aziz Shah, Section 2 Shah Alam. She was one of the "Thembe Girls" a slf confessed thembe groupies consist of a few of the similar girls like them.
Masa ni if i am not mistaken, dia baru je abis confinement. Look at them... beaming with pride. OK Remy... ko jangan nak stop kat sini je tau. Sejajar dengan matlamat Wawasan 2020. Lets make more babies.

My Casa, D'Perdana
|
|
This is our 1st ever property we bought together. We bought it just before we got married in 2001. The location at that time of purchase was really far from anything / anybody in Shah Alam. We had a good time, tranquil living throughout.
A few months after that, they are building Giant. Suddenly the place was full with life and people. It became central to everywhere. Near Giant, Near Subang Jaya, Near Stadium, Near KL, Near Tolls (Jelutong and Ebor, Batu 3). No more peaceful living but I tell you the value has rised as well. The best thing is, rental rate is no joke as well. We will try to keep the house for as long as possible.
Neighbors are OK but suddenly my nice neighbors quickly turned into students (ITM, PTPL and Poly) and Workers (Makro, Giant and later Tesco). It became crowded and noisy. It is more like a hostel (Perindu Satu) than a serviced apartments.
The bad news is evry festivals (Raya, Deepavali, CNY), these thunder claps (just in case you guys don't know, its the fire crackers) will POPs right at our level. Nashua freaked out to these sounds till today. The good news is, being a marketing man, I am almost always away travelling. So Nina and the kids will not feel so lonelylaaa.
More photos after the jump. Enjoy!!

Actually the trip to Medan was unplanned. Arni has gone back to Medan about 1 month earlier. We decided to give her a surprise and go to Medan towards the end of her holiday and to come back together to KL. Capitalising on her presence in Medan, we decided to go shopping and asked her to bargain for us. Imagine a local bargained for anything in Medan. We got it dirt cheap.
Mama even when and broke the bank by buying Kipas for Farhan's wedding which was scheduled several months later. The best part is Mak Zah and Iffah was also there to join us. The even better part, Adam which was only 4 months old pun ada. Check out Nashua. She is so beautiful and cute.
By the way... Thanks Air Asia. Indeed now everybody can fly!!

Abang Syazrin. Well what can I say. Cool, sempoi, funny, and tough. He looked relieved when Kak Zana delivered to a healthy baby boy.. Baby Farid Akashah
Whoaaa this boy is gonna be a strong one. He is the cucu of the eldest Uncle, the son of the eldest in the family and his of course. The eldest of his family. He is #1, 3 times over. Isn't that wonderful?
Pak Long and Mak Long are also the proud GrandPa and GrandMa. Well... Check it out yourself. It says it all.

This guy is the least person I cud ever imagine to have a great impact in our life. I was already engaged to Nina wayback in the year 2000. Nina just got transfered to KL from Seremban. Abang Azrin the big brother of Nina's former roommate and his wife open their arms and offeredNina to stay at their house near Pandan Indah. About 5 minutes drive to Pak Man's house My eldest uncle.
She stayed there for almost 1 year, and he did not want a single sen from Nina. Nina and I did the groceries initiatively or out of guilt for at least once a month. He was at that time just left MISC sailing engineers to find a job on shore. His wife is expecting their 1st child Husna while Nina was there..
Now Abang Azrin and family are living in JB, working as the Plant Manager for Boustead. We still call each other once in while and traded joke and various SMSs.
Abang Azrin, if you are reading. You are the man. Thanks for everything. You will remain special to us forever.

I still remember when Nashua came into our lives. She changed a lot about me, the way I react, talk, work, lokk at things in life and etc. I bet ZZ felt the same as well. ZZ celebrated the arrival of Batrisyah short a month from my 2nd kid Adam. My other wonder.
Look at the moments I managed to catch during our short trip to Hospital Putrajaya that day. Unfortunately ZZ was not there to celebrate it is with us. Congrats anyway to ZZ and Shikin. Also to Pak Ngah and Mak Ngah for their Cucu Sulung. I wish them all the best and more to come.

I had a knack of taking pictures of my subjects in a different angle. Experimenting how it would look after that. Well the result was quite nice. Don't know what is the technique though. If anybody out there with a photography degree ot at least a basic in photography. I wud appreciate comments to improve.
Kak Ushah and the family was around during the shoot-out as we were together from visiting Along Syikin's beautiful baby girl, Batrisyah.
